Avalon opened its doors to the Chew Valley with special evening

The following article is from the Chew Valley Gazette:

On Wednesday September 16 Avalon Osteopathic Clinic based in Bishop Sutton, hosted their first Open Evening to give Chew Valley residents an opportunity to find out more about the benefits of osteopathy.

Stefan Zurakowski, osteopath and Avalon founder, was on hand during the evening to answer questions about the complementary medicine which treats medical problems through the manipulation and massage of the skeleton and muscles.

The evening was very successful and italso allowed Avalon to introduce their new team member Karen Lyne who is acting as joint practice manager, supporting Jane Zurakowski - Stefan’s wife - in the running of the practice. Karen is training to become a therapeutic counsellor which will eventually bring complimentary skills to the clinic.

The clinic hope to host more open events in the coming months which will be advertised on their website and Facebook Page.
